DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE
If you receive any ordered product from us that is not in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had purchased/ordered, you may return it.
The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging and original tags, for a refund within 96 hours from the date these goods are delivered.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your amount.
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Don't hesitate to contact customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
To claim warranty service, customers need to email us the order number and image of the defective product at customercare@ergonstyle.com.
Upon receiving the package, our customer care executive will inspect the product and determine whether it is covered under warranty. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will provide a repair or replacement according to the terms of the warranty.
