RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. However, if you receive any ordered product from us that is not in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had purchased/ordered, we will accept returns within 96 hours as follows:

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE

If you receive any ordered product from us that is not in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had purchased/ordered, you may return it. The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging and original tags, for a refund within 96 hours from the date, these goods are delivered.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

Don't hesitate to contact customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

 

RETURNS THROUGH COURIER COLLECTION

The item will be collected from your door within 2-3 days after initiating the website's pickup request. Please hand over the product only upon receiving the receipt of return from the courier collection partner. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and their original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return or refund may not be possible.

 

REFUNDS

We will refund the money once we receive the product in its original nature/condition. After that, we shall refund the payment in the same way the USER made it.

If the payment were by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we would refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.

Typically refunds are processed within than 15 working days.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as the Cardholder's issuing bank manages the same. In case of any delay, it shall be up to to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the reference of  Ergonstyle.com refund process reference.

 

SIZING PROBLEM

We remain committed to ensuring that you specifically receive the size as requested. However, if you have a sizing issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair of shoes, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Returns through Courier Collection:

The item will be collected from your door within 2-3 days after initiating the website's pickup request. Would you please hand over the product only upon receiving the return receipt from the courier collection partner? We shall process the return subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition with its original packaging intact along with the invoice, failing which return or refund may not be processed.
